I was hesitant to make the purchase because the car was white and I was concerned about keeping a white car clean. My salesman, Reggie, closed our deal by assuring me that JM Lexus offers a lifetime free car wash to all its customers - so I bought the car.
I used this free car wash service each week and was very pleased.
Friday, September 26, 2003, I went to Lexus to get my car wash coupon. Instead, I received the attached letter suspending the free car wash.
Please know that I have tried to resolve this on my own with the following people:
Reggie Johnson, our original salesperson.
Randy Knapton, Sales Manager.
Michael Warren, Sales Manager.
Owen Mckee, Service Manger.
David Mullen, Vice President and General Manager (and author of the letter).
I believe I have exhausted all avenues with Lexus when David Mullen (VP and GM of Lexus) told me there was no one else I could speak with, his decisions are final and he answers to no one. When asked, David told me that he did not care if I ever bought another Lexus.
I feel taken advantage of by Lexus. Is there somewhere else I can turn?
